Hi there, I'm Carol!

It's Nice to Meet You

I serve people who desire to create innovative learning solutions that make a lasting impact in the lives of others. I help them turn challenges into solutions.

I’ve got over two decades of experience in training and development, as well as international ministry. I’ve designed and facilitated technical and soft skills training for corporations, such as Inacom Corp (later acquired by Compaq and Hewlett-Packard). I’ve also served non-profits: developing eLearning solutions, training and leading international mission teams, and implementing a Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate ongoing learning during Covid.

Most notably, I co-authored Mission Launch Team Training, a discipleship training curriculum for short-term mission teams that since 2007, has equipped over 1000 teams from 300+ churches, such as Christ Community Church (St. Charles, IL) and Bethel Church (Redding, CA).

When I'm not immersed in the world of training and developing cutting-edge solutions, I can be found singing on my church's worship team, researching breeders for my next fur-baby, or packing for an upcoming trip.
