Project Title: Mission Launch Team Training

Summary: Instructor-led training created to equip a team leader to lead and disciple a short-term mission team. Using experiential learning techniques, Mission Launch Team Training prepares team members to unite and serve spiritually, physically, and cross-culturally. Two versions were created, for teams serving internationally and domestically. Each version includes a Leader Guide with 10 videos, as well as Team Member Guides.
