Summary: This project involved creating a series of animation videos for a new university-level course on political economy. The project began with a detailed needs analysis through research and consultations with the subject matter expert, followed by the design phase which included scriptwriting and storyboarding. These preparations solidified the narration script, visual elements, music, and sound effects which were incorporated into the final videos. Development was executed using Adobe Audition for voice recording and editing, and Vyond animation software to create the animation and video timeline.
The video series aimed to clarify complex topics including the Great Enrichment, dynamics between the Public and Private Spheres, the Business Cycle, and Government Policy. Project Title: Making Coffee at Manna

Summary: This video was created as a valuable component of the eLearning course "Serving Safely at Manna, Part 2." It is specifically designed to empower volunteers to independently handle the coffee station, reducing the chef's involvement and saving valuable time.
